The Autoleveller AL-07 can measure the tuft thickness and control the speed of feeding roller immediately to maintain and ensure a uniform feeding quantity passing through the licker-in cylinder. This procedure not only can effectively control the sliver variation, but also can maintain the highest state of carding results. In addition to control the tuft thickness, the system can detect the sliver weight and transmit the signal to computer immediately to form a combination of closed-loop and open-loop system.
The Autoleveller AL-07 can be installed on any brand of carding machines, especially on CHUTE FEED carding machine.
In individual situation, there is an option to use this Autoleveller with open-loop or closed-loop system.
