The Automatic Bale Opener A50 system is designed for processing any kind of natural and synthetic fibers. Maximum fiber length is up to 125mm. It is capable of processing two bale groups of materials in the same time on each side. The special designed catcher roller has a good opening efficiency. Single cotton cluster at 10-50mg is produced without the fiber damage.
High and flexible production_Up to 200 bales under processing on each side
With a working width of 1800 to 3000 mm and a standard machine length of 30m, 60 bales could be accommodated. The A5030 machine type with a machine length of 60m can even accommodate up to 200 bales. Assuming the production rate of a production line is 1200kg per hour, this allows a continuous operation for 60 hours.

The commander CPC controls the operation and monitors all of the functions, including the production settings, fault indications, and repair guides. The operation and monitoring are greatly simplified by this control system which also could be displayed in a variety of languages.
