The materials are fed into the machine by a fan, and the quantities of cottons are controlled by a micro-pressure switch controller. There are roller and opening beater in each single chamber to do the opening. The high mixing efficiency is achieved by the different delivery speed between the chambers. During the process, the materials are delivered directly by the conveying air without the conveyor belt. This results in the increased opening performance without any negative effect from the conveyor belt. This machine has the cotton storage and efficient automatic mixing function.
Mostly, the standard machine height is 4200mm, if required, the machine height could be reduced to 3200mm or extended to maximum of 5200mm. According to the mixing capacity and the amount of production, the use of multiple mixer could be considered. The multiple mixer with 4, 6, 8, or 10 chambers is available from our company.
High storage capacity with low floor-space requirements
The tuft doubling rate at the multiple mixer outlet is equivalent to the number of chambers. The doubling rate is multiplied while two mixers are installed in series. For example, while a Multiple Mixer MA-4 with 4 chambers is combined with a Multiple Mixer MA-6 with 6 chambers, the doubling rate will reach 24 times. Higher number of chambers combined, higher doubling rate could be reached, means higher mixing efficiency could be provided. In addition to the mixing function, the machine can regulate the storage of cotton. For example, a Multiple Mixer MA-6 can process a high capacity of approximate 600kg of cotton. Assuming a throughput of 600kg/h, the cotton could be continues provided by the machine for 1 hour. This ensures the long-term blend constancy.
